The compact software makes it convenient to send DSS or DSS Pro files without a laptop or PC to a target email address or WLAN folder. The file scanning, filter and transfer process is simply

triggered simply by inserting the memory card from the Digital Pocket Memo into the (phone) device running the application.

File routing enabled:

The .dss format allows additional information, such as client/patient name and document type (meta data) to be stored in the file header. This allows qualified Transcription software to read this data and route the files according to target networks or folders.
