HP ProCurve intelligent single, dual and tri radio wireless Access Points with some integrated RF Security Sensors designed to provide reliable, easy-to-use wireless connectivity across the network, supporting 802.11a/b/g . All the HP ProCurve MSM Access Points and integrated RF Security Sensors operating in controlled mode are managed by any of the HP ProCurve MSM Controllers and the HP ProCurve IDS/IPS controller for the RF Security Sensors. All the HP ProCurve Access Points can also work in autonomous mode. The HP ProCurve MSM Access Points require a single Power over Ethernet (PoE) cable drop and are IEEE802.3af compliant or can be powered directly via a power adaptor. HP Procurve has a full range of both indoor and outdoor Access Points.

Entry-level, single IEEE 802.11a/b/g radio device that can be configured to operate as an access point, a wireless distribution system (WDS) bridge, or a full-spectrum IEEE 802.11 wireless LAN (WLAN) monitor. The ProCurve M110 Access Point supports up to two Virtual Service Communities, each with independent VLAN and wireless security profiles. The M110 access point can be centrally managed as part of the HP ProCurve Intelligent Mobility system. It is Plenum rated and powered by IEEE 802.3af-compliant Power over Ethernet (PoE). The M110 access point is Wi-Fi Certified for WPA2, WPA, and WEP security and has hardware-assisted AES and RC4 encryption.
Integrate a full-featured MultiService Mobility Access Point and MultiService Mobility Controller in a single turnkey unit. They are used to create easy-to-use public/guest Internet access (hotspot) services. The zero-configuration service interface adapts to client device configuration settings. Bandwidth management creates multiple service tiers and provides users with fair access to bandwidth. The access points provide secure user authentication, authorization, and accounting (AAA), enabling a wide range of free or fee-based service models. They support HTML and IEEE 802.1X login, and provide interfaces for centralized AAA, captive portal, and billing functions, allowing large multilocation networks.
HP ProCurve MultiService Mobility Access Points (MSM APs) bring intelligence to the network edge by providing scalable, seamless wireless access anywhere, anytime. Their feature set is abundantly rich, dispensing multiple network services, enforcing robust security, and delivering high-performance client access, unlike “thin” or “lite” access points. An integral component of the HP ProCurve Intelligent Mobility Solution, MSM APs support a plug-and-play automatic configuration and ongoing central control by ProCurve MultiService Mobility Controllers for the highest degree of configurability and ease of management.
